Items are eligible for return if they are:
Damaged, defective, or not as described.
Received in incorrect quantity or wrong item delivered.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
The following items are not eligible for return:
Perishable goods (e.g., groceries, fresh food, beverages).
Personal care, hygiene, and health-related items.
Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
Customers must request a return within 2 days of receiving the order.
For defective or damaged items, a request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video evidence).
Refunds will be processed once the returned item passes quality checks.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
In case of online payment failure or technical issues, refunds will be processed to the customer’s bank account or wallet.
If applicable, customers may choose a replacement instead of a refund.
